Training & Development It is said that, nowadays, the only constant is change and yet companies do not maximise the potential benefits of the change because their people do not have the right skills to enable themselves and the organisation to reap the benefits. When change occurs, there should be an analysis to see what Training & Development people require and then a programme, or programmes, put in place to deliver it. Product Overview - What We Offer A series of programmes through which people develop their personal skills. They may need new skills because of some change in the organisation or in their job role, or because of an existing gap in their skills set. It may be that they are being groomed for a different role and therefore require new skills. Whatever the reason, improving people’s skills will benefit the organisation. The programmes that we have are generic, based on our experience of what is usually required. However, for any change situation, D3 believes that we should work with the customer to identify the particular skills that are needed and the context within which they will be used. This will involve customising the products.
Delivery Method The usual means of delivery for our T&D products is a group training session for up to 12 delegates. Every session consists of some or all of the following elements:
All the sessions are inter-active and each delegate takes away a high quality set of notes that reflect the content of the programme. D3 also undertakes one-to-one coaching with managers and staff who require particular skills. The sessions can take place at the client’s premises, at D3’s offices or at any location chosen by the delegate. |
