Writing Effective Minutes
Anyone who has to take the minutes of meetings.
Active participation will equip you to: understand and deal with the problems associated with writing minutes; listen effectively to the meeting; set out minutes using the most appropriate structure; write SMART actions; and write minutes that are clear and concise.
We will cover how to: understand the content and appreciate what is relevant; produce agendas that will help you; concentrate effectively; take effective notes; understand how the chair should help you; and write minutes that are easy to understand and clearly show the actions and decisions that have been agreed.
