Busy people who wish to be more organised in managing their activities.
Active participation will equip you to: identify how well you currently manage your time; recognise the ‘time-stealers’ of: procrastination, ineffective objectives, interruptions, poorly organised and run meetings, ineffective delegation, disorganisation and lack of planning/prioritisation.
We will cover how to: prioritise your activities; plan your day/week deal effectively with correspondence; say ‘No’ when required; minimise unnecessary interruptions; avoid procrastination; make timely decisions; give and receive effective delegation; and organise & run meetings.
