Stress Management
Anyone who has to recognise and manage the symptoms of stress in themselves and/or others.
Active participation will result in the ability to understand and deal with the causes and symptoms of stress, particularly at work.
We will cover how to: identify what stress is, its causes and its positive and negative impact; recognise the mental, physical, emotional and behavioural symptoms of stress; and use a stress management model to build effective strategies for managing stress.
