Project Management
Anyone who has to manage projects either full time or as part of their role.
Active participation will equip you to: understand the project lifecycle; prepare for projects; produce a project plan; monitor projects effectively; produce and use the appropriate paperwork; run the required meetings effectively; delegate work effectively; and review the project on its completion.
We will cover how to: keep the project in balance; define and plan the project properly; produce the necessary project planning documents; use the various reports in order to keep projects on track; solve problems as they occur; manage the work and the people involved in the project; and review projects once they have finished.
