Process Review & Improvement
All those involved in managing and/or improving business processes.
Active participation will equip you to: understand the make-up of your business processes; use techniques to review and improve those processes; use techniques to solve particular process problems.
We will cover how to: view a process as an end-to-end set of activities and to define process scope; identify the key components of a process; represent how a process operates - different forms of flowcharting; understand process characteristics and measure them; use other tools for process improvement; use a five-step problem-solving process; identify priorities for improvement.
One day (in-house courses can be extended to two days)
