Problem Solving Techniques

Project managers, team leaders, supervisors and anyone who has to solve business problems in the course of their work.

Active participation will equip you to: undertake a six-step problem-solving model; assess the various criteria required for successfully solving a problem; and employ various problem-solving techniques.

We will cover how to: look at problems strategically; undertake the various steps in the problem-solving model; be creative in your solutions; and solve problems using different techniques.
