Persuasive Communication
Anyone who has to influence their peers, team members and/or managers.
Active participation will enable you to: develop your effectiveness in persuading and influencing people; use a range of verbal skills; and build relationships with people.
We will cover how to: use the five ‘motive bases’ to influence people; use their own triggers; ask effective questions; build rapport; listen effectively; be assertive when necessary; use the basic negotiation process; overcome objections; and handle conflict effectively.
