Performance Management & Appraisal
Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers – anyone who is responsible for the effective performance of others.
Active participation will equip you to: understand the performance management process; define and agree achievable performance goals and measures with staff, including behavioural measures; solve performance problems; make performance reviews constructive and motivating.
We will cover how to: define a job role to put performance management on a sound footing; agree performance measures relevant to the job role; monitor performance against agreed measures; understand staff satisfaction and its link to performance; understand & use problem-solving tools; use skills to carry out performance reviews.
