Management & Supervisory Skills
Anyone about to be newly promoted or is new to a team management role and anyone who needs to brush up on their skills.
Active participation will enable you to: create team spirit; understand the dynamics of teams; run effective team meetings; become an effective leader; motivate your team; use the appropriate inter-personal skills; deal with conflict and complaints.
We will cover how to: use questioning and listening skills; build your team so that different types of team skills are utilised; motivate and lead your team so that they work to their maximum capabilities; use time effectively at team meetings; structure team meetings; encourage your team to be creative; deal with problems before they become disciplinary issues.
