Anyone who deals with people during their working day.

Active participation will equip you to: verbally communicate with fellow workers in order to create a good working relationship; build rapport; ask appropriate questions; be assertive when appropriate; and negotiate informally.

We will cover how to: build rapport; ask effective and appropriate questions; how to listen to people effectively; put your point across in an assertive way; persuade people to understand your point of view; understand your preferred means of dealing with conflict.
