Coaching Skills
Anyone who is responsible for the performance of others.
Active participation will equip you to: use the coaching model; understand and employ the various skills involved in coaching; set goals and objectives; and understand the benefits of coaching.
We will cover how to: recognise when someone would benefit from coaching; understand why and when to coach a member of staff; create a coaching environment; conduct a coaching session using the coaching model; set SMART objectives and overall goals; and give and receive feedback.
