Change Management
Managers who are needing to introduce rapid and/or continuous change, or staff who are faced with the impact of that change.
Active participation will enable you to understand the nature of change, its impact on people, the ways in which they react and why they react as they do. You will also develop some strategies to address and mitigate the impact on people.
We will cover: the difference between one-off and continuous change; the importance of transitions; how the degree of control and choice affect people’s perception; the emotional responses to change; the danger zones when implementing change; and strategies to help others through the change or to cope with change yourself.
