All individuals who need expert career guidance and advice; and people who might find themselves in a redundancy or forced career-change environment.

To fully equip candidates to effectively manage the rest of their career, in an intelligent and efficient manner. Also significantly develops self-esteem and confidence for the future.

The seminar covers all the essential aspects of career management and job search including: ways to find work; career focus; What do employers look for; ageism; CV writing; making direct approaches to prospective employers; networking; writing effective letters; job interviews; and application forms.

The seminar consists of a full day with all candidates together. On the following day all candidates have a one-to-one session for approximately one hour with the tutor. The seminar works best in groups of 4 to 8.
