Account Management
Account Managers.
‘Account management’ is common in Sales & Marketing and external contract management, but it is becoming increasingly popular internally with functional specialists (e.g HR or IT) managing their internal customers as ‘accounts’. We aim to build awareness of the practices required for successful ‘account management’.
We will cover: the nature of account management; contact strategies; account development; account maintenance; getting new accounts; partnership reviews.
One day (in-house courses can be extended to two days)
