About Us
D3 Consultants limited was incorporated in 1997 and re-named
in 1999 when Vertus Limited, a training and development company, merged
with AU Consulting, a Human Resources consultancy. The rationale behind
the merger was to create a new company that could provide complete human
resources services to clients.
Two highly experienced Directors and a Senior Consultant
run the Company with support staff. Many highly experienced, quality
associates are available.
Bill Brewer - Director
Bill has been involved with human resources management for
over 30 years within financial services, transport & distribution and
other industry groups including the running of his own company. Bill
is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
(MCIPD), a member of the Institute of Careers Guidance (MICG) and has
the Level B (Intermediate) Certificate of Competence for psychometric
testing from the British Psychological Society. He is also the National
lecturer for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, CIMA,
on career management. Bill is an Independent assessor for Public Appointments
to the Welsh National Assembly.(OCPA)
John Evans - Director
John has HR, Quality, Business Development and General
management experience in manufacturing, the public sector and, most
recently, twelve years in financial services. John has an MBA from
Henley Management College, an MSc in Industrial Relations and a BA in
Economics. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (CIPD). He has the Level B (Intermediate) Certificate of
Competence for psychometric testing from the British Psychological Society.
He is a Member of the Employment Tribunal in Southampton.
Tom Morrissey
- Senior Consultant
Tom has extensive Human Resources
experience across different industry groups. He has been responsible
for HR, Training, Quality and Facilities in a number of large corporate
organisations and has been a successful HR consultant over the past
ten years with particular expertise in recruitment and training and
development.
Tom has managed many successful projects
including ISO 9001 accreditation, Investors in People, Health and Safety
and FSA authorised Firm Status initiatives.
